Individual Bottles or Cases of Wine for gifts--Several wines are available to choose from to complete your gift: Chardonnay, a medium bodied, semi-dry white wine with hints of pear, apple and a smooth, lingering, subtle oak finish; Cabernet Sauvignon, full bodied and bursting with ripe cassis--this dry red has a good balance and strong tannin; Raspberry Zinfandel, a sweet and refreshing raspberry flavored blush wine best served well chilled.

*The use of the rooftop hot tub is a complimentary amenity offered by the Castle Proprietors, but is subject to weather conditions and servicing needs. Discounts will not be offered should guests be unable to use the hot tub during their stay.
